Sails and covers are available in Vinyl, Waterproof shadecloth and Commercial grade shadecloths

in a variety of colours and styles.

Shadesails are ideal for pools, lunch areas, outdoor entertainment areas, shade for childrens playgrounds

and covers for Hotel/Restaurant eating and entertainment areas.

All posts are designed to suit your requirements and we can supply posts as either hot dipped galvanised,

painted or powder coated in the colour of your choice.

Each sail is supplied with either 316 stainless steel or galvanised turnbuckles for easy removal in

cyclonic conditions which is a common problem in North Queensland.

Turnbuckles are also used for easy adjustment of sails.

All corners of the sails have vinyl reinforced corners with double stitching around the entire sail.

We weld centre seams with a high frequency welder as this provides a stronger seam than stitching.

We use high quality commercial shadecloth and reinforced vinyl for our sails.

We also use long life UV treated thread for all of the double stitching on the sails.

Shadesails can be manufactured with either stainless steel cable edging or have a webbing edge.

With a larger sail we recommend stainless steel cable as the preferred edging.

Sails and posts are manufactured locally and custom made to your requirements.

All of our work is carried out by fully qualified and insured tradesmen to ensure top quality products and installation.
