Water Saver Mesh & HDPE Water Tanks

HDPE Lined Water Tank

A HDPE tank liner is fabricated on site and placed
inside of a weld mesh frame that is reinforced
and secured with angle & flat bar and steel cables
across the top.
Weld Mesh Frame
The weld mesh circular frame is
also fabricated on
site to provide
the outer shell for
the tank.
Prepared subgrade
The tank is placed on
a flat smooth
and steady subgrade
prepared by
others.
The tank frame is
placed in a
concrete levelling
and anchor
ring constructed
prior to frame
fabrication.
Inlet and Outlet Pipe Work
Is provided using HDPE
pipes and
fittings that are
welded to the tank
liner to suit.
